After you’ve ventured into the world of internet marketing you’ll no doubt become completely overwhelmed with mounds of software and tools that webmasters try to convince you that you need for the success of your business. I’m not saying that none of these can be helpful;certainly some can most definitely make your life much easier. The thing to remember here is that you do not need every tool going, and really think about how it will help you in your business and the benefits it incurs before you commit to purchasing.
Here is a breakdown of software that I personally use that I have found to be worth the investment:
Search Engine Optimization Software
There are many search engine optimization tools available on the net today, but I personally think SEO Elite is the best. It handles many search engine optimization tasks for you, so is a nice timesaver.
Keyword Tool
Again, there are many keyword tools to choose from, and many are quite useful. The one I recommend is keyword elite because it allows you to quickly and easily generate keyword lists with literally thousands of keywords. It also supports some nice ad words functions. Micro Niche Finder is also a wonderful tool because it shows you exact numbers of the number of people targeting the keywords as well as the number of back-links. It then recommends whether you should choose that particular keyword or not. This is especially great for beginners in not only affiliate marketing, but keyword research as well.
There are some more advanced keyword tools that charge a monthly fee like keyword discovery, Wordtracker and Nichebot. These are unnecessary unless you are already making money online and want to invest in something more advanced.
My advice is not to allow yourself to get caught up in all the hype, and pick just one keyword software and stick with it. There is absolutely no need for more than one.
Article Writing Tools
This is a fabulous tool to have in your arsenal if you do a lot of article writing. It enables you to file all your articles in one place so you can keep track of them. You can reference them to know when they were written and even how much commission you earned from them.
Word press Blog Software
This an exceptionally handy tool to acquire if you are unfamiliar with word press but would like to venture into it, or even if you just create a lot of word press blogs. It is a central place for you to control all your blogs, and enables you to quickly and easily create them. There is a one- time charge, no monthly fee.
The software mentioned are a just a few of the tools I use personally to make the success of my business run smoother and make my life easier with saving time. There is a tool for really any task that you will need to do to build your online business, and there is nothing wrong with investing in anything that allows you more time and less hassle, but just be sure to not spend money on anything like this until you have made some money. Once you are seeing profit you can reinvest some of it into the growth of your business.
